Privacy policy

Beyond Average Cooking collects information you choose to provide, including your name and email address when you create an app account or join the newsletter, and your phone number, event details, rating, and comments when you submit recipe feedback or a private dining or pop-up inquiry.

App account information and saved recipes are stored so they can remain available when you sign in on another device. Event inquiries and reservation history are stored to respond to requests and operate the business. This information is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the website and app, store account data, and deliver requested communications.

SMS notifications

SMS notifications are operational inquiry alerts sent only to the owner of Beyond Average Cooking. Website visitors, app users, and event clients are not enrolled in SMS marketing. Message frequency varies with inquiry volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your choices

Newsletter signup is optional. You may unsubscribe from an email or delete your app account from the Profile tab in the app. Account deletion permanently removes the app account and saved recipes. Existing event inquiries may remain in business records as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
